undeskDelete Your Account
You can delete your Undesk account and all personal data associated with it at any time.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple once more so we can also revoke Undesk's access to your Apple ID.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
By email
No longer have the app? Email privacy@getundesk.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in. If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", say so and we will help you confirm the account. We will reply once it is done.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an Undesk Pro subscription, which is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings to avoid further charges.
What gets deleted
- your account: email, name, profile photo and sign-in identifiers;
- your profile, including age, weight, pain areas and injuries;
- all routines, plans, session history, feedback, body check-ins, streaks and shields;
- push notification tokens and sign-in sessions.
When
Deleting in the app removes your data from our systems straight away. Email requests are handled within 30 days of verifying your request. Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We also ask our subscription provider, RevenueCat, to delete the record it holds about you.
What we may keep
We keep only what the law requires, such as records needed for tax or accounting, and only for as long as required. Purchase records held by Apple and Google are governed by their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
